Designed and built three separate branded websites for a group of Atlantic Canadian recruitment agencies: Integrated Staffing, Accountant Staffing, and Administrative Staffing. Each one was built on Squarespace with fully custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Live job boards pull from external APIs, and the sites share a visual system while keeping each brand distinct.
An internal job intelligence tool that monitors external job boards and alerts recruitment consultants when existing clients post roles publicly. It catches something CRMs miss entirely: clients quietly hiring through competitors. Built in Python, hosted on GitHub, designed from the ground up around how recruiters actually work.
A real-time KPI dashboard for Integrated Staffing that pulls live data from Google Sheets through a custom Apps Script endpoint. It tracks social media performance, website analytics, and quarter-over-quarter trends in one view. Replaced what used to be a manual monthly reporting process.
